This week at SOJH was short but super sweet. 💙
One of the main events was Unity Day. During lunch our SBO's got the kids excited at their table with drawings and a raffle, while the Hope Squad grew their Kindness Chain by having students write kind messages on the links. 🫶
The theme for Unity Day was "United in Kindness to Stop Bullying." Spartans and staff wore orange to show their support in standing up against bullies. 🧡
And last but not least, Principal Andrus wore a tie of a students choosing for every day, Monday-Thursday! The Spartan Shield drawing allowed a student winner to choose what they wanted - and out of the prize options, the principal wearing a funky tie was what they chose. 👔
It's pretty sweet to have such awesome Spartan spirit in all the school happenings each week.
Next week is Hope Week...stay tuned for those announcements. We can't WAIT.
