Second Tardy
|
1 Contact parents by either note ( must come back signed by parent), email, or phone
|

2 Warn Student of consequences for 3rd, 5th, and 6th tardies
|
|
3 Document the action taken for the second tardy
|
|
First Truancy
|
1 Loss of academic credit
|
|
2 Possible Administrative conference
|
|
|
|
Third Tardy
|
1 Student recieves an "N" in citizenship
|
|
Second Truancy
|
1 Loss of academic credit
|
|
2 Recieve an "N" in class missed
|
|
3 Possible suspension
|
|
Fourth Tardy
|
1 Contact parents by either note, email, or phone
|
|
2 Warn Student of consequences for 5th and 6th tardies
|
|
Third Truancy
|
1 Loss of academic credit
|
|
2 Recieve an "N" in class missed
|
|
3 Teacher fills out "3rd Truancy Form" and gives it to Assistant Principal
|
|
4 Sudent is suspended
|
|
Fifty Tardy |
1 Student recieves a "U" in citizenship |
|
Continued Truancies
|
1 Loss of academic credit
|
|
2 Three to five day suspension
|
|
3 Possible referral to District, Peer Court, or Juvenile Court
|
|
Sixth Tardy
|
1 Take Student to Administration
|
|
2 Teacher will show their documentation
|
|
3 Student will be suspended
|
|
Hall Infractions:
|
|
First Offense
|
Warning "Hall Infraction Notice sent home with student and signed by parent
|
Second Offense
|
"Hall Infraction Notice issued, call to parents is made
|
Third Offense
|
Student suspended for violation of tardy policy
|
|
