Weber State University, Dual Major in Elementary Education and Early Childhood.

Grades Taught and Where:

Kindergarten at Bates Elementary.

Why I Like Working at Bates Elementary:

I live in the North Ogden community and my two children went to Bates. It is fun to see the neighborhood kids both at school and at home playing outside, but they never know if they should call me Mrs. Law or JoAnn! Bates has a great community feel to it and has wonderful parent support, especially in kindergarten!

What You Do When You Are Not at School:

My family says that all I do in the summer is READ, READ, and READ, which is mostly true! My favorite thing to do is go snorkeling in the ocean. I also like to garden, travel, play with my many pets, go shopping, eat out at restaurants, and listen to 80's music like Duran Duran and U2.
